FAQs
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Do you deliver every image that you shoot?
We do not deliver every image that we shoot. There are many images that are missed focus shots, out of focus, test shots, repeat and duplicate shots (images shot in continuous mode), images that make show subjects in unflattering poses or expressions that dilute the images as a whole. With our experience photographing hundreds of weddings, our expertise enables us to choose the best photos to deliver to you. The minimum amount of photos that you will receive will depend on the package you book.
Does your studio provide videography and livestream services?
Yes. We provide both videography and high quality professional livestream services.
Will you travel out of your city or do destination weddings?
We are located in Memphis but we travel anywhere for your photography needs. We have shot all across the US and also internationally. Destination weddings and any weddings outside 50 miles out of our city will incur additional charges.
Does your studio do Headshots, Individual Portraits, Family Portraits, Newborn Shoots, or Product Photography?
Except newborn photography, we do every other type of photography shoots.
Do you shoot weddings of other cultures, religions etc?
Yes, we do not discriminate in any types of weddings or events. If you are not comfortable in English as a primary language, we will do our best and try that one of our assistants/team members will be someone who can speak your language.
STYLE QUESTIONS
Can I see a full album of a wedding that you shot?
Yes definitely. Even though our website will highlight the best from each wedding that we photograph, we will be glad to provide you links to full albums.
If my venue is outdoor in bright sun light or in a very dark location, will you be able to shoot it?
I have shot in all times of venues and situations and the benefit of being a professional is the ability to adapt to any situation, whether it be about lighting, space or weather. We use latest high quality lenses that are able to shoot in extreme low light conditions and we might also use external lights depending on the need. Please note that some venues like churches do not allow flash photography but we will adjust our work flow to meet the requirements of such locations.
